Description

Act as the subject matter expert for Atlassian software administration and integration, focusing on Confluence and Jira.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Atlassian software, configuring workflows, screen schemes, and permissions.
• Integrate Atlassian tools with external systems using APIs.
• Maintain system stability, monitor application status, and perform event triage and escalation.
• Document technical standards, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for admins and users.
• Resolve elevated end-user support requests and provide technical training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Atlassian toolset development and management.
• Expert-level proficiency in Confluence.
• Proficiency in Jira.
• Strong programming skills in Java, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Deep conceptual knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
