Description

You will design and implement Atlassian solutions for manufacturing and quality management processes, configuring Jira and Confluence to automate workflows and enhance user experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Jira products to automate processes and improve usability.
• Integrate Atlassian tools with CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless information flow.
• Manage Confluence implementation, including space creation, permissions, and knowledge base maintenance.
• Develop custom workflows, scripts, and automations to extend Jira functionality.
• Create architecture artifacts such as process models, data models, and technical design documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with the Atlassian suite, specifically Jira and Confluence configuration.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSP, SQL, Python, and XML/JSON web technologies.
• Strong scripting skills using Python and Groovy for workflow automation.
• Experience with CI/CD and configuration management tools including Jenkins, SonarQube, and Maven.
• Background in automotive manufacturing and quality management processes.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in implementing Atlassian plugins to extend product functionality.
• Experience using debuggers to identify and resolve issues within applications and integrations.
