Description

You will manage and enhance the Atlassian toolset to support organizational workflows and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
• Research, test, and implement plugins and scripts for Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Develop interfaces between external tools and the Jira/Confluence infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document technical solutions and user guides.
• Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of job-related experience.
• Hands-on experience managing Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Proficiency with Git and version control branching models.
• Experience with SQL or equivalent query languages.
• Understanding of Single Sign-On protocols such as SAML and SAML2.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Strong programming experience with the ability to learn new languages.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Java, Groovy, Python, JavaScript, and Bash scripting.
• Experience developing custom plugins using Java for Jira 7.x+ and Confluence 6.x+.
