Description

You will manage the migration and administration of Atlassian Cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute migrations of Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Atlassian Cloud.
• Manage Atlassian architecture, configurations, and administration.
• Evaluate third-party plugin compatibility within the Cloud ecosystem.
• Configure user management and SSO integrations with identity providers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Atlassian administration and migration.
• Proven experience using Jira Cloud Migration Assistant and Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant.
• Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence architecture and Cloud best practices.
• Experience with Okta and Azure AD for identity provider integration.
• Hands-on experience managing SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in user management and SSO implementation.
• Ability to navigate Atlassian Cloud feature limitations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate experience.
