Description

Manage and maintain Atlassian Datacenter environments for 1500+ users, owning the full lifecycle of Jira and Confluence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and administer Jira and Confluence instances.
• Install, upgrade, patch, and deploy Atlassian systems and third-party plugins.
• Develop automated deployment and monitoring tools using Ansible, Python, or Bash.
• Create scripts to automate Jira functionality and improve workflow efficiency.
• Identify and isolate infrastructure and application issues to resolve performance problems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience.
• Expertise in configuring, maintaining, and upgrading Jira and Confluence instances.
• Strong UNIX/Linux system administration skills.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and release management best practices.
• Technical proficiency with Jira, C/C++, VB, SQL/JQL/MDX, REST API, JS, HTML, VTL, and Groovy scripts.
• Working knowledge of network/WAN/LAN environments.
• Experience performing Jira log analysis and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow experience.
