Description

You will overhaul workflow management and automation within a large enterprise Jira environment, owning technical builds and integrations for service management processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Scope, whiteboard, and formulate project plans for Jira Data Center and Moveworks integrations.
• Execute technical builds and integrations for customer service workflows and service management processes.
• Develop custom solutions and automation pieces within the existing Jira ecosystem.
• Resolve complex technical issues and navigate ambiguity autonomously.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an enterprise environment (5,000-10,000 employees).
• Deep experience with Jira Data Center API and non-API integrations.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Groovy, JavaScript, and Python.
• Experience building custom solutions and automation using Jira Software.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, and Confluence.
• Ability to work autonomously and resolve user issues independently.
• Experience with Atlassian product features such as Advanced Roadmaps, Structures, and Sheets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira incident response tools like OpsGenie.
