Description

You will design and implement enterprise-scale Atlassian solutions to manage intake, workflows, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a centralized intake portal for Network Automation, AI/ML, and software engineering requests.
• Architect complex project relationships, hierarchies, and workflows across multiple Jira projects and heterogeneous engineering teams.
• Build executive-level dashboards providing real-time visibility into intake trends, strategic alignment, and capacity versus demand.
• Lead the architecture and configuration of Jira Software Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Advanced Roadmaps.
• Develop custom solutions using Atlassian Forge and implement automation rules to streamline status transitions and notifications.
• Partner with VPs, Directors, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into scalable Jira configurations.
• Define governance models, permissions, schemas, and data hygiene best practices for the enterprise.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience working with Atlassian tools.
• 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise Jira solutions.
• 3+ years supporting portfolio-level or executive reporting.
• Deep expertise in Jira Cloud (Software & Service Management) and Advanced Roadmaps.
• Advanced experience with Atlassian Automation, including rules, triggers, and smart values.
• Proven ability to build or extend functionality using Atlassian Forge and REST APIs.
• Experience designing cross-project rollups and reporting that communicates business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe enterprise delivery models.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with VP and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting AI/ML, platform engineering, or network automation teams.
• Experience with data visualization tools integrated with Jira, such as Power BI or Tableau.
