Description

You will lead the strategic direction, governance, and administration of the Atlassian ecosystem across the enterprise.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead Atlassian Governance Forums and enterprise working groups to align DevOps, QA, Security, and PMO stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end administration, roadmap, and scaling of Jira, Confluence, and ROVO.
• Drive ROVO adoption and implement scalable automation, templates, and reporting standards.
• Define governance structures, policy templates, and approval flows to ensure platform compliance.
• Partner with engineering leads to integrate Atlassian tools into agile delivery pipelines and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise Atlassian toolsets.
• Deep expertise in Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and ROVO.
• Proven ability to lead steering committees or tool adoption programs.
• Strong background in DevOps, Agile delivery, and enterprise collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency in workflow design, automation, and platform governance.
• Experience managing integrations with Git, Slack, and Power BI.
• Ability to manage stakeholders ranging from technical teams to VPs.
• Experience developing executive dashboards and usage metrics.
