Description

You own the design and implementation of F5 and AVI Load Balancing solutions for critical enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design new enterprise solutions and enable customer connectivity within the Fidelity environment.
• Manage, support, and design F5 and load balancing solutions across on-prem, CSP, and hybrid environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues within the Application Traffic Management environment (F5 and AVI).
• Consult with business partners on technology platform best practices and service options.
• Participate in 3rd level engineering escalation on-call rotation to ensure 24x7 availability.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4-6 years of engineering experience supporting load balancing technologies, preferably F5 or AVI.
• Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP, including application layer understanding.
• Proficiency with routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with network security policy knowledge and best practices.
• Experience with ITSM methodologies for IT service delivery.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-organizational teams.
