Description

You will provide senior technical leadership and advanced support for converged enterprise hardware and software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate solutions to meet large-scale enterprise service requirements.
• Direct enhancements for system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, network, and security problems across multiple technology platforms.
• Lead configuration efforts for hardware and software solutions and manage system maintenance.
• Author technical documentation, procedures, and processes for converged systems.
• Perform capacity and resource planning to optimize and expand existing network systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure.
• 5+ years of experience working within a total information technology (IT) environment.
• Expertise in Tandem/HPE NonStop software and utilities.
• Advanced technical troubleshooting skills across multiple hardware and software platforms.
• Experience with software installation and support.
• Proficiency in configuration management.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication protocols, security, and network protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Base24 application configuration knowledge.
• Experience with HPE NonStop third-party utilities including Goldengate, XPNET, Net batch, and TACL Xypro.
• Knowledge of contingency and disaster recovery planning.
• Systems programming experience.
