Description

Provide technical support and maintenance for ATM platforms, applications, and hardware.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage ATM application platforms and troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Monitor system health using ATM monitoring tools and KTC ticketing systems.
• Coordinate implementation efforts with application stakeholders.
• Track and resolve technical issues using ticketing systems.

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of onshore experience in ATM support.
• Hands-on experience with ATM platforms and hardware.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Experience with KAL ATM software.
• Competency in KTC ticketing systems and other ATM monitoring tools.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of development methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
