Provide legal counsel within the International practice group on a full-time or part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple legal projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Execute complex legal tasks requiring high attention to detail.
• Communicate legal findings and documentation clearly to team members and clients.
• Maintain strict adherence to professional ethics and standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 9 years of law firm experience.
• Active membership in the Utah State Bar or eligibility to sit for the Utah State Bar exam.
• Current membership in the Bar of another U.S. state if not a Utah member.
• Strong legal writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Strong academic credentials.
