You will manage complex legal casework and guide junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and staff on case strategy, drafting, and communication.
• Review filings, petitions, motions, and correspondence for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Oversee the firm’s master calendar, ensuring deadlines and filings remain on track.
• Handle select complex matters and maintain a caseload consistent with managerial duties.
• Partner with firm leadership to refine case management systems and reporting processes.

Required Skills

• J.D. and active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of five years’ immigration law experience in a multi-attorney or high-volume practice.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead legal teams.
• Deep understanding of family-based, employment-based, asylum, removal defense, and waiver matters.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, writing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and remain steady under pressure.
