You will manage complex legal casework and guide junior team members while overseeing the firm’s case management systems.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide junior attorneys and staff on case strategy, drafting, and communication.
- Review filings, petitions, motions, and correspondence for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Oversee the firm’s master calendar, ensuring deadlines and filings remain on track.
- Handle select complex matters and maintain a caseload consistent with managerial duties.
- Partner with firm leadership to refine case management systems and reporting processes.
Required Skills
- J.D. and active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Minimum of five years’ immigration law experience in a multi-attorney or high-volume practice.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead legal teams.
- Deep understanding of family-based, employment-based, asylum, removal defense, and waiver matters.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, writing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and remain steady under pressure.
