Description

You will manage and maintain integrated audio-visual systems, ensuring functional competency across all onsite deployments in Dallas, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Managed Teams Room devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot Extron and Crestron hardware.
• Support Fusion integration within existing AV infrastructure.
• Ensure operational stability and technical proficiency for all onsite audiovisual systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in audio-visual support roles.
• Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification.
• Hands-on experience with Extron systems.
• Hands-on experience with Crestron systems.
• Proficiency with Fusion software.
• Technical experience managing Microsoft Teams Room devices.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
