Description

Design and implement next-generation identity solutions for enterprise users, translating business requirements into technical specifications and architectural patterns.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed solution design documents and architectural patterns for identity systems.
• Conduct proofs of concept (POC) and prototype development in development environments.
• Lead technical discussions across business, engineering, and operations teams.
• Implement authentication and access management solutions across web, device, infrastructure, and API use cases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 7+ years of expertise in Authentication, including MFA, passwordless, FIDO, PKI, and biometric authentication.
• 7+ years of expertise in Access Management, including Identity Federation, SSO, SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and OAuth 2.0.
• Deep knowledge of session management, identity gateways, and continuous access control.
• Proven experience integrating with Azure AD, GCP, and Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with LDAP and Active Directory integration.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and JSON.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zero Trust implementation and development in Java or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker, databases, and cloud environments.
