Description

You will manage the day-to-day maintenance and operation of authentication and security systems to protect customers, environments, and employees.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Identity and Authentication platforms across on-premise and cloud-based deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production security issues related to authentication.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for customer authentication and identity systems.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance authentication capabilities and implement data-driven solutions.
• Develop third-party integrations for authentication and identity tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Information Technology and Security experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with Okta or Auth0 products.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Scripting experience using Bash, PowerShell, or Perl.
• Working knowledge of SQL, LDAP, and web services.
• Programming experience in Java, C#, C/C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with FIDO, WebAuthn, OTP, Biometrics, and MFA platforms.
