Description

You will manage auto loan customer accounts to reduce delinquency through direct communication and systematic problem-solving.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via telephone, email, and chat to resolve account queries and support collections efforts.
• Identify and assess individual customer needs to take appropriate action steps.
• Manage high volumes of inbound calls while navigating multiple internal systems simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow through on commitments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in customer service or high-volume call environments.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills for live voice and chat.
• Ability to multitask by conversing while using several applications simultaneously.
• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with 80% accuracy.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and PC keyboarding ability.
• Systematic problem-solving skills and sound business judgment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working with CRM applications.
