Description

Provide AutoCAD drafting and design support for prototype and remodel projects. You will own the production of architectural drawings and coordinate fixture layouts with merchandising teams to ensure alignment with approved site plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site plans and coordinate fixture layouts with merchandising teams.
• Assist senior design staff in obtaining municipal and governing agency approvals while ensuring code compliance.
• Produce architectural drawings and manage consulting engineers to maintain standards for submittals.
• Issue revised drawings to construction teams when modifications occur during the build process.
• Archive all final drawings and documents according to standards after project completion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in drafting or design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with design processes for prototype or remodel projects.
• Ability to produce architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of coordinating with structural, civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
• Understanding of municipal code compliance and agency approval processes.
• Degree in any field.
