Description

Design and implement automated driving systems and software logic in C and C++.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete software logic by defining requirements, testing, and integrating safety concepts into ADS design.
• Create and utilize support tools using Python.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure and support groups to develop advanced driver assist systems.
• Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation in software and integration environments.
• Support software quality reviews and auditing to ensure compliance with IVS processes and standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a production software engineer.
• Experience building, implementing, and supporting medium to large scale solutions in C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with SILS and HILS.
• Proficiency with GIT.
• Knowledge of ADAS, Automated Driving Assistant Systems, and ADS.
• B.S. in Computer Science, a related field, or commensurate work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ROS1, ROS2, or Docker.
• Experience developing code on Linux platforms and writing shell scripts.
• Experience with dynamics-based vehicle simulation.
