Position Overview
ERS is seeking an experienced Automated QA Engineer to perform advanced testing and analysis of production systems and applications.

The selected candidate will develop, validate, execute, and document comprehensive test plans and scripts covering:
Unit Testing
Comparison Testing
Regression Testing
Integration Testing
Performance Testing

Key Experience
The ideal candidate should have extensive QA experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including automated testing of:
PeopleSoft Pension
PeopleSoft Benefits Administration
PeopleSoft Financials
SharePoint / K2
.NET Applications

Strong experience with SQL querying, VBScript, and automated testing tools such as HP QTP/UFT, Selenium, or Playwright is required.

Duties & Responsibilities
Develop detailed test plans for complex applications.
Review user requirements, resolve discrepancies, and clarify business processes.
Write and edit comprehensive test cases based on user requirements and functional specifications.
Use automated testing tools for functionality, regression, and system testing.
Mentor team members in the use of automated testing tools.
Assist in planning, conducting, and coordinating all phases of testing.
Support functional users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate test results.

Required Skills & Abilities
Advanced SQL querying proficiency
Extensive knowledge of QA processes across the full software lifecycle
Proficiency with automated functionality testing tools
Ability to test within large, highly integrated systems
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work cooperatively with IT staff, functional users, and management
