Description

You will design and execute automated and manual testing strategies for complex functional and regression scenarios in conversational AI solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and automate complex functional and regression test scenarios to prevent defect leakage.
• Develop comprehensive test artifacts including test plans, data requirements, scenarios, cases, and summary reports.
• Identify and document defects and customer experience concerns following established defect workflows.
• Review requirements, technical designs, and specifications during User Story and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Manage test coverage across critical inter-system integration points.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software industry experience in Quality Assurance.
• Experience testing natural language speech recognition, conversational AI, and cognitive solutions.
• Proficiency with automated test tools such as Cyara, Botium, Velocity, and/or Hammer.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and defect workflows.
• Experience creating test plans, tracking defects, and reporting status to organizational leadership.
• English as a first language.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Postman for API testing and IVR or call routing systems.
• Experience with Text to Speech, Speech to Text, and SAFe/Agile environments.
• Background using Rally for project and test management.
