Description

You will build and maintain automated test systems for acceptance and environmental screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop NI LabVIEW/TestStand software for ATP and ESS tests.
• Maintain and upgrade PXI-based ATE systems, covering both hardware and software.
• Integrate third-party hardware, such as sensors, communication cards, and DAQs, into existing test setups.
• Troubleshoot test failures on production lines to ensure equipment uptime.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including test procedures and operator manuals.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with NI LabVIEW.
• Proficiency in Python for automation scripting within test environments.
• Experience with NI TestStand.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., MKS, DOORS, Enovia).
• Knowledge of National Instruments PXIe/PXI/PCI platforms.
• Understanding of mixed-signal electronics (analog, digital, embedded).
• Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and DAQs.
• Familiarity with Automated Testing principles.
