Description

You will design and maintain automated test frameworks for validating O-RAN radio products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test tools and frameworks using Python.
• Support unit-level radio functional and performance integration, system-level verification, and new product integration testing.
• Troubleshoot test failures to determine root causes.
• Drive continuous improvements to existing test processes.
• Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automated testing or related engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python for developing and maintaining test frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and high-speed oscilloscopes.
• Working knowledge of wireless technologies such as LTE, 5G-NR, and 3GPP standards.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating system configuration.
• Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of networking protocols including IPv4, IPv6, DHCP, VLANs, and Netconf.
• Understanding of security protocols such as TLS, Certificate Authority, SSH, SFTP, and FTPES.
• Knowledge of system synchronization techniques like NTP, PTP, and PPS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with XML, Visual Studio, and C#.
• Master’s degree in EE, CS, or a related field.
• Ability to build and work with open-source DU projects.
