Description

You will drive the development of automated API and UI testing solutions to ensure high software quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated API and UI tests using the Parasoft suite within an IDE.
• Train and mentor project teams on automated testing strategies, framework configuration, and tool setup.
• Research automated test tools, methodologies, and trends to improve existing processes.
• Provide technical support and debugging assistance for test automation frameworks and code.
• Communicate technical findings and status updates to management, customers, and vendors.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of automated testing experience.
• Proven experience automating API-level tests and UI-level tests.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP architecture and API authentication.
• Proficiency with Git for version control, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
• Experience using IDEs such as Eclipse or Visual Studio to write automated tests.
• Hands-on experience with TestNG, REST-Assured, Protractor, Selenium, or Postman.
• Ability to code in .NET, Java, or JavaScript.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Parasoft, Postman, or ReadyAPI.
• Implementation of automation frameworks across Mobile, Desktop, Web, and Cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber.
