Roles & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Support Agile teams in delivering committed sprint objectives with predictability and quality
• Identify, track, and help remove delivery impediments and risks across technology teams
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and clear acceptance criteria
• Manage dependencies across engineering, data, automation, and business teams effectively
• Track and report Agile delivery metrics including velocity, burndown, and throughput
• Provide clear delivery status updates and escalate risks as needed to stakeholders
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams and organization

Experience Required: 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role with technology delivery teams focusing on software, data, automation, or AI solutions
