Description

You will manage Agile delivery for automation and AI initiatives, ensuring predictability and quality across engineering and data teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain backlog readiness, prioritization, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Identify, track, and remove delivery impediments and risks across technology teams.
• Track and report Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, and throughput.
• Manage dependencies across engineering, data, automation, and business teams.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in Sprint Planning, Backlog Management, and Risk Management.
• Proven ability to facilitate team delivery with predictability and quality.
• Experience managing offshore teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II).
• Experience in financial services, regulated environments, or exposure to automation platforms like UiPath.
• Background in AI-related initiatives.
