Description

You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation and AI applications to transform HR IT processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable automation solutions and AI applications for HR IT use cases.
• Build and maintain automation scripts and workflows using programming languages and RPA platforms.
• Integrate AI services, including NLP, intelligent document processing, and chatbots, into HR IT systems.
• Develop and integrate APIs to connect automation solutions with existing HR IT infrastructure.
• Deploy and monitor automation and AI solutions in production, ensuring stability and optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Automation or AI projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
• Proven experience developing and deploying automation solutions.
• Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns.
• Experience with API integration and developing RESTful services.
• Proficiency with version control using Git.
• Familiarity with cloud providers: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with SQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RPA platforms.
• Background in HR IT systems.
