Description

You will own the testing and automation of global software platforms to ensure application quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Test and support applications across ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
• Monitor and maintain daily automated regression suites.
• Develop and update the automation framework for new software platforms.
• Collaborate with internal groups to capture and clarify functional requirements.
• Document changes and author software functionality documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, and QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application automation.
• Proficiency in using Git, Jira, and Bitbucket.
• Experience with Keyword-Driven Frameworks and test automation strategies.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience in API automation testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines and Jenkins.
• Understanding of database testing and SQL queries.
