Description

You will manage the design, installation, and maintenance of automated electromechanical systems, facility systems, and software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and develop application solutions for automated electromechanical systems and software.
• Perform corrective maintenance on PLC, vision systems, SCADA, automated packaging equipment, and high purity utility systems.
• Lead project activities including planning, scheduling, and organizing equipment installations and facility modifications.
• Develop equipment specifications and coordinate implementation activities to bring systems into service.
• Manage work orders, calibration software, and parts procurement to support manufacturing operations.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of experience with industrial/process controls and PLC software editing and development.
• Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley systems.
• Proven experience in a project engineer or management role involving planning and scheduling.
• Ability to perform corrective maintenance on SCADA systems and vision systems.
• Experience developing specifications for automated equipment and facility systems.
• Strong technical documentation skills for work orders and reports meeting GMP requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software, or a related field with relevant work experience.
• Ability to use software systems for work orders and calibration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Siemens and B&R systems.
