Description

Manage lab operations, hardware fleets, and physical space to support diagnostics and repair systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own lab space allocation, layout coordination, and expansion planning.
• Manage inventory for devices, parts, test equipment, and consumables, including lifecycle management and end-of-life disposal.
• Establish protocols for device usage and develop organizational policies for safety, security, and lab operations.
• Set up automation test racks and draft layouts considering network, utilities, safety, and ergonomics.
• Run automated test scripts, collect data, and populate results in dashboards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in lab management.
• Experience with automated testing and understanding of Unit, Functional, System, Performance, Technical, and Operational testing.
• Proficiency with Mac OS.
• Networking fundamentals.
• Ability to use Excel for pivot tables and database lookups.
• Physical ability to lift weights up to 30-50 lbs.
• Experience managing electronic waste disposal and inventory audits.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience with Ansible, AWX, Splunk, Python, or Bash.
