Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Automation Anywhere A360 bots to optimize business processes. You own the full lifecycle from requirement analysis to production deployment and performance monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for RPA solutions.
• Design and implement A360 bots and automation workflows using Automation Anywhere's platform.
• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain bots, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Monitor bot performance, address inefficiencies, and optimize solutions as needed.
• Document development processes, best practices, and change management activities.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of Automation Anywhere Bot Developer experience.
• Automation Anywhere Bot Developer Master and Advanced certification.
• Strong Python coding experience (mandatory).
• Experience with IQ Bot, AARI, and Process Discovery.
• Automation experience in SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and common design patterns.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in different locations.
