Description

You will design and architect end-to-end RPA solutions using the Automation Anywhere A360 platform.

Responsibilities

• Define best practices, standards, and frameworks for RPA implementation and governance.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, including code reviews, solution design validation, and performance optimization.
• Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of the RPA infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the automation project lifecycle.
• Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for potential automation candidates.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of overall IT experience with exposure to solution architecture or enterprise application design.
• Expertise in Automation Anywhere RPA architecture components (Control Room, Bot Runner, Bot Creator).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, VBScript, Python, .NET, or Java.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to gather automation requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical designs.
• Experience evaluating and integrating features like IQ Bots, OCR, ML, and API integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
