You will provide technical expertise and support for Automation Anywhere environments in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Manage automation workflows using Automation Anywhere (AA360).
• Execute production support processes to maintain system stability.
• Handle task prioritization and ticket management within SNOW and JIRA.
• Liaise directly with business users to address technical requirements.
• Own and manage assigned work independently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Automation Anywhere (AA360).
• Proficiency with SNOW for production support.
• Experience using JIRA for task tracking and workflow management.
• Strong understanding of production support lifecycles.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Proven track record of working independently.
• Any Graduate degree.
