Description

You will build, configure, and test software robots using Automation Anywhere to automate manual system interactions. You own the development lifecycle from technical design through to pre-unit testing and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure software robots based on technical designs provided by RPA architects.
• Develop automation solutions using Document Automation, Co-pilot, API-based automation, and GenAI.
• Create detailed design documentation and perform pre-unit testing.
• Collaborate with business and project stakeholders to define requirements and participate in client-site proofs of concept.
• Support testing teams by providing technical clarifications and feedback on design implementation challenges.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Proficiency with Automation Anywhere platform.
• Experience with Java technologies.
• Knowledge of .Net, XPATH, and VB.
• Experience with Python scripting.
• Ability to manage deliverables under aggressive timelines.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI integration in RPA workflows.
