Description

You will manage production support for RPA processes using Automation Anywhere.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support Automation Anywhere (AA360) production environments.
• Manage and prioritize work using SNOW and JIRA.
• Liaise with business users to resolve technical issues.
• Own tasks independently from identification to resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA support.
• Expertise in Automation Anywhere (AA360).
• Proficiency with SNOW (ServiceNow).
• Experience using JIRA for task management.
• Strong understanding of production support processes.
• Ability to manage workloads without direct supervision.
• Effective communication skills for business user interaction.

• Any Graduate degree.
