Description

You will lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of Automation Anywhere RPA solutions across multiple business domains.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable and reusable RPA frameworks following best design practices.
• Guide and mentor RPA developers, providing code reviews and technical oversight.
• Integrate RPA solutions with external systems like APIs, databases, and ERPs.
• Define and implement governance standards, coding guidelines, and performance benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and conduct root cause analysis for bot failures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in RPA using Automation Anywhere (A2019 or higher).
• Proven expertise in automation design, architecture, and process optimization.
• Deep understanding of RPA frameworks and object-based design principles.
• Hands-on experience developing Bots, MetaBots, and IQ Bots.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with API Integrations, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), and scripting languages like Python, VBScript, or JavaScript.
• Excellent client interaction and technical presentation skills.
