Description

You will serve as the technical lead for Automation Anywhere initiatives, providing architectural guidance and hands-on development support under client supervision.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and review Automation Anywhere A360 automations to ensure scalability and performance.
• Provide technical direction to delivery teams, including mentoring and overseeing client and internal staff.
• Analyze existing automations to identify gaps and optimize processes for large-scale implementations.
• Develop AI-enabled and agentic workflows, including Document Understanding and Intelligent Document Processing.
• Create comprehensive solution designs and documentation, articulating technical concepts to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of RPA experience with strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere A360.
• Proven track record leading large-scale implementations (100+ bots).
• Experience working with AI-enabled and agentic workflows.
• Background in Finance or Accounting processes.
• Strong documentation and solution design skills.
• Excellent communication skills for onsite-offshore collaboration and partnering with IT teams.
• Experience supporting or integrating with ERP implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle, Java, or .NET.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
