Lead automation strategy and mentor engineering teams within eCommerce, Retail, or Supply Chain domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the automation testing team, driving technical growth and best practices.
• Design, implement, and execute automated testing scenarios and scripts for complex systems.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Drive end-to-end testing strategies for large-scale projects.
• Oversee defect tracking and test execution workflows using JIRA.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in automation testing.
• 4-5 years of strong Core Java experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• 3+ years of hands-on API automation using Rest Assured.
• 2-3 years of experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, JBehave, or Maven.
• Proficiency with XML and JSON parsing and manipulation.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
