Description

You will own the automation framework engineering, AI-enhanced testing, and CI/CD integration for distributed systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks for API, integration, and data validation layers using Playwright and PyTest.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and manage test environments on AWS (EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB).
• Leverage GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to automate scripting, test generation, and failure triage.
• Automate regression and event-driven validations for microservices, ensuring system resilience during modernization initiatives.
• Mentor engineers on automation best practices and collaborate with DevOps to ensure environment consistency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation and quality engineering within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# with hands-on experience in Playwright and Selenium.
• Experience testing event-driven systems and microservice-based architectures.
• Proficiency with AWS services including EKS, SQS, Glue, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Ability to integrate AI tools for test documentation and predictive quality analytics.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of autonomous test agents or intelligent QA platforms.
• Experience with financial systems or data-intensive platforms.
• AWS DevOps or cloud fundamentals certifications.
