You will lead client initiatives and design test automation solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of proof of concepts and value-added solutions.
• Implement test automation frameworks from scratch and integrate them into new teams.
• Drive strategic efforts and consult on test automation solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and provide specialist technical direction.
• Quantify value-add, process improvement, and innovation initiatives for the project.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall QA Automation experience.
• Expertise in C# and Java for automation.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium and API Automation.
• Experience with Specflow.
• Ability to design technical solutions at scale.
• Experience implementing CI-CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams or Scrum initiatives.
