Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor automation engineering teams, driving technical direction and code reviews.
• Architect and implement scalable automation frameworks tailored for healthcare workflows.
• Drive adoption of TOSCA and Selenium across UI, API, and data layers.
• Integrate automation goals into CI/CD pipelines and track quality metrics.
• Evaluate emerging tools to continuously evolve the automation landscape.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an Automation Architect leading initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with TOSCA and Selenium.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java or Python.
• Expertise using CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
• Deep understanding of Healthcare domain processes and compliance standards.
• Proven experience managing and scaling automation teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
