Description

You will design and implement automation frameworks to drive software quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop automated test frameworks and scripts for software applications.
• Define and implement comprehensive test automation strategies, including tool selection and best practices.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines by collaborating with development, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Lead and mentor test automation engineers to enhance team performance.
• Troubleshoot automation issues, optimize performance, and debug scripts.

Required Skills

• At least 15 years of experience in test automation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automation Architect.
• Proficiency in building automation frameworks and defining implementation roadmaps for large enterprises.
• Expertise in Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms and services.
