Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for gathering and understanding business and technical requirements
• Responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that meet the unique needs of businesses/clients and organizations.
• Translate requirements into basic functional and technical documentation & design with required pre-requisites
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs and clarification sessions with stakeholders
• Laying down the standard design architecture and ensure standards are followed
• Support creation of JIRA user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Design the technical architecture of the solution such as the hardware, software, and network components that are resilient, cost-effective, high-performing, and secure.
• Evaluating various technology options including the latest technology trends to determine the best fit for the solution.
• Ensuring scalability and reliability so that the solution can meet the current and future needs of the organization.
• Creating a solution prototype – HLD, LLD , detailed flow diagrams
• Validate that delivered automation aligns with approved requirements
• Problem-solvers of the tech world and be able to mentor and guide the team for technical issues.
• Leverage their expertise in software development and system integration to create efficient and effective solutions for clients.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders and translate their business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
• Identifying and managing technical, security, and compliance risks to ensure the solution meets the organization's standards and requirements.
• Communicating with stakeholders including executives, project managers, platform team, development teams, to ensure everyone is aligned towards the common design and working towards implementing same.
• Providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting
• Having thought leadership for setting up foundational platform or design practices

Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years in Engineering
• Experience in integrating multiple systems (including Client systems) is a must
• Experience in Automation is a must with infra & cloud background
• Expertise in any scripting language (ansible, python, PowerShell, bash etc.)
• Expertise in writing database queries and software programming
• ServiceNow knowledge and integration experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge in IT infra and cloud is highly preferred e.g. Storage, Backup, virtualisation, databases, AWS, Azure etc.
• Experience in Business analysis, requirement gathering, Dev Ops and Project and product management
• Bachelor/ master’s in engineering with computer science
