Design and implement resilient, scalable automation solutions for enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into functional documentation, HLD, LLD, and process flows.
• Design technical architecture including hardware, software, and network components with a focus on security and cost-effectiveness.
• Create solution prototypes and validate delivered automation against approved requirements.
• Mentor the team on technical issues and drive alignment among stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.
• Manage technical, security, and compliance risks while providing post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of engineering experience in system integration and automation.
• Expertise in scripting languages: Ansible, Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), including storage, backup, virtualization, and databases.
• Proficiency in writing database queries and software programming.
• Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to design secure, high-performing, and scalable solutions.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow knowledge and integration experience.
• Experience with project and product management.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Computer Science.
