Automation Architect

Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and execution of automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Integrate Tricentis Tosca with Qtest, ADO, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Customize and extend Tosca functionalities to meet project requirements.
• Analyze test results to optimize coverage and efficiency.
• Mentor the test automation team and provide technical guidance on best practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• 12+ years of experience in test automation with a focus on Tricentis Tosca.
• Proven experience designing and implementing automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with Selenium.
• Mandatory experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of mentoring teams.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
