Description

Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca, leading implementation and execution for functional, regression, and performance testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Tricentis Tosca with Qtest, ADO, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline release processes.
• Customize and extend Tosca functionalities to meet specific project requirements and technical constraints.
• Analyze test results to optimize coverage, efficiency, and overall test suite health.
• Mentor the test automation team and provide technical guidance on best practices and framework design.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• 12+ years of experience in test automation with a deep focus on Tricentis Tosca.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python for scripting and framework customization.
• Experience with Selenium for complementary automation tasks.
• Mandatory experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor teams.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
