Description

Design, implement, and scale AI-driven process automation and agentic AI frameworks for enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI-powered process automation and agentic AI frameworks using AutoGen and CrewAI.
• Develop workflow automation and AI-driven process intelligence layers.
• Implement Azure AI Search, Vector DBs, and Intelligent Process Automation solutions.
• Optimize AI-based anomaly detection and predictive analytics models.
• Lead AI model enhancements, dashboards, and ML-driven process mining initiatives.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in AI, automation, and intelligent systems.
• 5+ years of experience delivering AI-driven enterprise projects.
• Expertise in AutoGen, CrewAI, WrenAI, RPA, and Process Mining.
• Proficiency in Python and web frameworks including Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Experience with Azure AI, SQL, and Vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, RLHF, OCR, and NLP.
• Ability to build AI-based data pipelines.
• Strong architectural design and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
