Description

You will lead testing engagements and design automation strategies for retail domain projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect test automation frameworks and new test libraries from scratch.
• Build test harnesses and develop regression test packs using frontend and backend scripts.
• Implement QA processes and automated testing across all workstreams to improve testing cycles.
• Manage test environment setup, monitoring, and release management to QA environments.
• Coordinate with clients to translate requirements into technical test strategies and work plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in automation testing.
• 4+ years of experience managing teams.
• Expertise in Selenium and Katalon.
• Hands-on experience with Appium, UFT, Postman, and JMeter.
• Proven ability to integrate automation with CI/CD and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Visual Basic, and API automation.
• Experience implementing automation frameworks to support regression and repeatable tests.
• Ability to document planning activities, work plans, and Visio diagrams.
• BE/MCA/MCM/MBA/B.COM/B.Sc Graduate with a minimum of 60% marks throughout academic career.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with offshore-onshore team models.
• Global certifications such as ISTQB, Agile Project Management, or tool-specific certifications.
