You will design and lead automation strategies and frameworks across multiple squads, ensuring technical consistency and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design functional technology solutions and implement the overarching automation strategy for multiple squads.
• Define automation frameworks and best practices, ensuring successful replication across teams.
• Architect tool integrations based on application architecture and the existing testing landscape.
• Develop custom utilities for test data generation, reporting, and specific customer requirements.
• Manage project schedules and provide regular status, progress, and issue updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in automation and technical leadership.
• Expertise in Selenium with Java.
• Hands-on experience with Appium and Mobile iOS testing.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to tune frameworks to meet specific software, OS, and hardware requirements.
• Experience architecting custom utility tools.
• Any Graduate degree.
